To get an immigration permit a foreigner shall submit the following documents along with his or her application:
- 1. Passport document with an immigration visa stamped in it.
- 2. Copy of the first page of the foreign citizen’s passport that has to be attested in accordance with the legislation of the country of their issue and legalized in the stated order if nothing else is implied by international treaties of Ukraine;
- 3. Medical insurance;
- 4. 2 photos of foreigners and stateless persons by size 3,5 x 4,5 cm;
- 5. Receipt confirming payment of the state duty or a corresponding exemption document
