A new textbook by Ostroh Academy lecturer

A new textbook titled Psychology of Religion approved by the Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine was published in the National University of Ostroh Academy. According to the author, Oksana Matlasevych, Cand.Sc. (Psychology), Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogics, its aim is to familiarize students with the theoretical basis of the psychology of religion as an independent subject (methods, terminology, theoretical approaches), to form the notion of the essence of the religious life of a person, to reveal the peculiarities of crisis states in people's religiousness and make them understandable, and also to form the notion of the ways of providing psychological help in such states.
The textbook consists of three parts and contains test questions and tasks to every topic.
