Policy on national memory in Ukraine discussed in Ostroh Academy

On 23 March, All-Ukrainian Roundtable Meeting Policy on National Memory in Ukraine of leading historians took place in the National University of Ostroh Academy.
In general, the reports concerned with the organizational and legal bases for formulation and conduct of the policy on national memory, the issues of imposing certain stereotypes of the past, some historians' intellectual commitment, and the explanation of the topic: "What do 'historical memory' and the stereotyped usage of this term pertaining to the historiography mean? Is it lack of knowledge or a habit formed for years?" etc.
Moreover, the presentation of Ukrainian intellectual periodical Ukraina Moderna took place within the framework of the roundtable meeting.
