Larysa Ivshyna visited Ostroh Academy

On 24 January, the National University of Ostroh Academy was visited by Larysa Ivshyna, Chief Editor of The Day, public and political figure, Honorary Member of Ostroh Academic Brotherhood, Member of the Supervisory Board of NaUOA and a good friend of Ostroh Academy.
On the occasion of Professor Pasichnyk’s reappointment as Rector of the National University of Ostroh Academy, Mrs Ivshyna presented him with an edition from The Day Library titled The Power of the Soft Sign and a designer club shawl specially made for the 15th anniversary of The Day. The history of friendship between The Day and Ostroh Academy has been expressed in writing and included into the heavy folder of publications about the University. The editors have titled it The Volhynian Novel of The Day and Ostroh Academy and gave it to the Academy.
For a keepsake, Ihor Pasichnyk gave Larysa Ivshyna The Volyn Petrakivka, a painting by Halyna Chernysh.
