Student Leadership School Organized Second Training

The second training within the framework of the project by Student Brotherhood "Student Leadership School" took place in Ostroh Academy. The training was dedicated to time management and goal-setting.
It was conducted by the student of the Faculty of the Humanities Tetiana Kucheruk who completed the programme of Kyiv Gestalt University "Body oriented psychotherapy in Gestalt approach" at the psychological centre of organizational and personal development "Nika". The participants of the training had an opportunity to analyse their personal time management and circumstances influencing it. They also attempted to identify strengths and weaknesses of their "Self", create the image of the new year, and plan self-fulfilment. The training was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere and, according to the participants, helped them in further understanding of themselves and making of a step towards self-fulfilment.
