Ostroh Academy professors compiled a Ukrainian-English Phrasebook for Ukrainian militia officers to be used during Euro 2012

A new Ukrainian-English Phrasebook for Ukrainian militia officers has been recently published on the initiative of the National University of Ostroh Academy.
The phrasebook was designed as part of the English-teaching project for the officers of the Road Patrol Service to prepare them to the European Football Championship Euro 2012.
According to the authors, professors of English of Ostroh Academy, it will facilitate the effective communication with foreign English-speaking visitors. The phrasebook covers the situations that can occur during the patrol work, including road traffic offence, loss and theft of belongings, terrain orientation, disorderly conduct and emergency situations.
