Traditionally, the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine determines the risk levels of higher education institutions. In 2025, the risk level for educational activities at the National University of Ostroh Academy was rated "insignificant" with a score of 15 points.
The State Service for Education Quality monitoring was conducted according to the following criteria:
- the status of publication on the official website of the HEI of documents, materials, and information specified by law;
- the proportion
- of accredited educational programmes;
- the number of higher educational applicants over the last three years;
- the number of scientific and pedagogical (pedagogical) employees employed at their primary place of work;
- the presence of separate structural units;
- the presence of foreign higher education applicants;
- the number of violations of higher education legislation identified as a result of state supervision (control) measures carried out over the last five years.
