November 23, 2012
Every year, Ostroh Academy organizes events to commemorate the victims of the 1932-1933 Great Famine (Holodomor), a horrific tragedy for the Ukrainian nation. On 22 November, a Night of Sacred Music featuring the performances of the University choirs, soloists and the violin ensemble took place in the University as part of the events.
The University also observed a minute of silence, and a requiem mass was offered at the Student and teachers church of St. Fedir Ostrozkyi on 23 November.
