Ostroh Academy offered amendments to the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Court Procedure

International research and practice conference Administrative Court Procedure. Problems and Solutions was held in the National University of Ostroh Academy on 25 November. The event was held on the initiative of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine and I. Malynovskyi Institute of Law.
The discussions at the conference were about time constraints for judicial recourse to administrative courts, procedural periods in administrative court procedure, appealing to administrative courts against court decisions, actions or inactions.
As a result of the conference, the participants drew a list of proposed amendments to the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Court Procedure.
