150 students of Bachelor and Master Programmes represented the universities of all regions of Ukraine and Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the Competition this year. The student of Ostroh Academy Bohdana Hrechaniuk was the second in general rating after the participant from National Taras Schevchenko University of Kyiv. Another student of Ostroh Academy Natalia Ivanchuk received a diploma for good results in taking computer-based tests in Finance. In general, the participants of the Olympiad had to demonstrate complex knowledge of near 30 subjects associated with finance.
The victories won of our university students shows that Ostroh Academy actively conquers the scientific space of Ukraine. “Ostroh Academy graduates with Finance as their major are in demand among banking and financial institutions struggling. This is an indicator of the high level of knowledge that our students get, and the prize-winning places that Ostroh Academy takes three years in a row confirm this,” commented the Dean of the College of Economics Liudmyla Kozak upon the results of the Competition .
