Goal of the Educational and Professional Program: to prepare highly qualified legal professionals who have modern legal thinking, theoretical knowledge, and applied skills capable of solving complex tasks and problems in the field of law-making and law enforcement and/or in the process of training, which involves research and/or innovation and is characterized by the uncertainty of conditions and requirements.

Characteristics of the Educational and Professional Program: 

The Educational and Professional program is aimed at taking into account radical changes in all spheres of social life that require the preparation of lawyers-specialists with high qualifications.

Students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law named after I. Malinovsky have the opportunity to implement acquired theoretical knowledge during practical classes, and business games, including on the basis of judicial and law enforcement institutions, as well as actively participate in all-Ukrainian and international conferences.

In order to acquire practical skills, master's degree students undergo practical training in enterprises, organizations, judicial and law enforcement bodies, higher authorities educational institutions, and other institutions.

It is possible to participate in academic mobility programs and get a diploma in one of the European higher education institutions in parallel.
