Educational and Professional Program "ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION". 071 Accounting and Taxation

Speciality: 071  Accounting and Taxation

Goal of the Educational and Professional Program: to train specialists in the field of management and administration with fundamental theoretical and methodological knowledge and practical skills in performing predominantly stereotypical (according to established algorithms) and partially diagnostic tasks for organizing accounting, analytical and control activities; to make economic calculations, analyze and interpret their results; collect, systematize, accumulate information, form statistical and financial statements of economic entities in the process of fulfilling their official duties.

Characteristics of the Educational and Professional Program:

In the first and second years of study, students undergo training practice, as a result of which they acquire the skills of processing and systematizing large amounts of information on the use of modern information systems and IT technologies. In the third year there is an internship, the result of which is the acquisition of the skills of economic diagnostics of the activities of economic entities and their accounting policies. In the fourth year of study, students undergo research practice, during which they acquire the skills of academic writing and presentation of the results of their own research and development in the field of accounting and taxation of business entities.
