The Law Department Resource Center was founded between 2002 and 2003.

The collection of these books consists of nearly 2000 editions; including periodical journals that were provided by the library, the Office of Theory in the History of State and Law (a subsidiary of the dean’s office) and other professors. The Verhovna Rada of Ukraine provided books for the students of Ostroh Academy who previously worked for them; these books include 15 types of newspapers and journals.
