List of documents to enter the University:

The admittance of foreigners takes place on the basis of:

  • international treaties of Ukraine;
  • national programs;
  • contracts concluded by higher educational establishments with juridical persons and individuals.

Foreigners who have gained complete general secondary education, basic or complete higher education in the home country or other foreign countries are admitted to higher, according to the Regulation “About admittance of foreigners and persons without citizenship for study at higher educational establishments” of 05.08.1998 No. 1238.

Foreigners and persons without citizenship submit the following documents to the National University of Ostroh Academy:

a) Application form of standard sample.

b) Original and a copy of the education certificate and grades received in all subjects (points).

c) Medical certificate stating that you are HIV-negative.

d) Medical certificate about state of health confirmed by the health protection authority of the country of origin and issued not later than 2 months before entering Ukraine to study.

e) Medical insurance in rendering urgent medical aid (except foreigners who come from countries with which there are signed agreements about free rendering of urgent medical aid).

f) Copy of Document of Birth.

g) 6 colour photos 4*6cm.

h) Open return ticket up to 1 year to leave for home.

Documents (clauses b, d, f) have to be attested in accordance with the legislation of the country of their issue and legalized in the stated order if nothing else is implied by international treaties of Ukraine.

Foreigners and persons without citizenship are admitted to the University on the bases of entrance examinations when the contract is concluded. Training begins on September, 1.

In order to continue to gain higher education in Ukraine it is necessary to notify documents about education level that is conducted by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the established order. It is stipulated by “Order of recognition and setting up the equivalence in Ukraine of documents about education issued by educational establishments of other countries” approved by the order of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 28.05.2012 No.632.
